is it possible to calculate Sea Surface Current using sentinel 3 imagery? like ocean color??
No. It is possible using S3 altimetric products, but SNAP does not support them. SNAP is for raster products, in other words images.
and for altimetry , we can user BRAT and matlab??
Yes, BRAT is the inteded toolbox for this.
