Selecting bands to produce RGB output

The bands automatically selected by the SNAP RGB image view function are of different sizes. They still are after I try to resample them. If I select i, q and Intensity from one group, I don’t get anything usable.

Which bands should I use?

I have an SLC product with, I think, three VV and three VH bands.

Thanks for any advice.

The subswath of an IW or EW SLC represent data in different locations. You can’t create an RGB with them. Use the TOPS Deburst and merge to form a single image and then you can create an RGB of the polarisations.

Thanks lvici. I’m getting an out of memory error when I try this on my Macbook Pro (8GB RAM). Is there any way I can set up SNAP to use less memory and/or to use more virtual memory?
