After making several tests, I realised that the latest version of sen2cor (sen2cor 2.2.1) which is available for download on esa step (http://step.esa.int/main/third-party-plugins-2/sen2cor/) overwrites the gdal openjpeg library with an old version which does not alllow me to read the Sentinel-2 jp2 format.
Apparently, this problem is known (Geographic projection missing in output).
I would like to test the former version of sen2cor (2.0.6) and see if the problem can be resolved by using this version. Would it be possible to provide a download link to it?
