When I try to use sen2cor to process OPER (http://prntscr.com/jpheed) type of images appear this issue:
I have tried it with sen2cor 2.4.0 and v 2.05.05.
I just solved the issue. It was due the path of the xxx.SAFE folder was to long, or maybe it had special characters. It is better if the fotder/images you want to process is short, like **C:/folder/**S2A_OPER_PRD_MSIL1C_PDMC_20160902T201125_R094_V20160901T105622_20160901T110708.SAFE
