Sen2Cor : L2A_Process returns no error message but nothing is processed

Hi everyone,

I tried to dockerise Sen2Cor and the installation seems to be successful but when I process a S2 granule from PEPS platform (this one):

The process starts normally and around 11%, it takes a big step to 100% telling me that it was successful but it wasn’t. I get only bands 1 and 9. (The granule is fine because I processed it on Sen2Cor installed locally on Windows.)

I have successfully installed anaconda and sen2cor 2.3.1 in a docker image, running Ubuntu 16.04. I have followed the instructions for properly setting my environment variables, and have gotten to the point where I am trying to process surface reflectance from source files downloaded from Google.
