I started to use Sen2cor stand-alone version. Installation didn’t cause any problems, but when I start the process it suddenly stops without displaying any error message. What could cause this? I also add some screenshot from cmd window to illustrate the problem.

have you tried running it from a different directory?
e.g C:\temp\S2B_…SAFE
Yes, I have tried to run it from several folders, but not from the temp folder.
just to go sure, try a very short one and see if it persists.
I just checked, my sen2cor folder has 6.812 files. Maybe not all of them were extracted correctly for you.
Extracted the sen2cor .zip folder for several times and the final result was 6,791 files in the extracted folder.
