Sen2Cor using

I have installed the latest version of SNAP and Sen2Cor latest version. Have successfully converted to BOA image using Sen2Cor plugin of the Sentinel 2 image with L1C_T46QDJ_A008953_20170310T043216 name. But no results been obtained while using image having file name
S2A_OPER_MSI_L1C_TL_SGS__20161130T043331_20161130T093829_A007523_T46QDJ_N02_04_01 - as an input.

Any solution to this issue?

Let me try to clarify it in a better way -
How can I use latest version of Sen2Cor module in processing S2 imagery with S2A_OPER_MSI_L1C_TL_SGS__20161130T043331_20161130T093829_A007523_T46QDJ_N02_04_01 metal file? I tried a couple of times but no results. Any suggestion?
