Sen2Core L2A Products do not open in SNAP

After running atmospheric correction in Sen2Core, the products do not open in SNAP. There is message ‘no valid tiles’. However, the product ‘looks good’ inside of a file. Could anyone suggest what to do about that? What could have gone wrong?
