Is there any kind of SPM processor in the s2b toolbox? I have had success with the ACOLITE processor wondering if there was any equivalent in the s2b toolbox?

The C2RCC processor can compute TSM for Sentinel-2 data. You could give it a try.
You find it in the menu at Optical / Thematic Water Processing / C2RCC Processors / S2-MSI
