Sentinel 2 Super Resolution

I am getting this error message after running Sentinel 2 Super Resolution plugin. After saving and reopening the product, it shows a black image.


Before you can use the product you have to save it first. File > Save Product > select a location and filename
This can take a while because the actual computation then starts.

Yes, the product is saved and then reopened. It shows a black image.

Please check in the directory where you saved it if the data folder contains all rasters:

can you please try to open one of the imgs in a GIS (ArcMap or QGIS, for example)?
