I am trying to compare Sentinel-3 level 1 RBT products with Sentinel-3 level LST product (e.g., see pixel values for the same pixel in the two products), but It doesn’t work. I have made a Raster->Collocation, but the resulted collocated image can not be opened in SNAP.
If you just want to compare the LST band with the L1 data then you can simply copy the band over via the Band Math, if the scenes are already compatible.
The collocation makes sometimes problems when there are flags with the same name in the input products.

You can delete all the masks in the product view if you don’t need them. Then it should.
