Under the link |'ve uploaded a video with instructions how to preprocess and geocode Sentinel-5P datasets in SNAP.

Thank you for this! I have followed it and it works fine, but I just can’t really grasp the reprojection. What reference system are Sentinel 5P products in before reprojection? From the documents about the product I could understand that the original coordinates do not account for elevation and are just the intersection between the LOS of each pixel and the WGS84 ellipsoid, but I still can’t really grasp what reprojection is doing and the original reference system.
Thanks!

Also, from what I understand I loose time information when following the processing pipeline. Is it? If yes, how can I avoid it? And if not, where is it? It does not seem to be in global attributes. Thank you

The Atmospheric Toolbox is there to help with Sentinel-5P but it’s great to see that using core SNAP functionalities one can also do basic things with 5P data - which are available as netcdf-cf files.
