Sentinel archive data- downloaded products corrupted

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue regarding s1 archive product download. I make the request in openacesshub, then when the data is ready to download the file is smaller than expected (circa 15-30mb) and winrar says unexpected end of archive. I tried to download only the tiff, and download stops with the browsing saying : “issue on server” (browser: Chrome). I already tried to download it on firefox, on ubuntu with wget(with windows 10 ubuntu app) and with aria on windows. This is happening in all archive files that i tried to download. Even with files that the retrivel was not trigerred by me (I had take an course in Eo colegue and when i tried to download the data for exercises, i faced the same problem).

Someone else have this problem?

Ps: I already sent an email to eosupport, and i am waiting for the response

Thank you,

Could it be that the download fails because of an unstable internet connection?
But you are right, tools like aria or wget should at least throw an error then…

I think not, its a fiber connecting and i never experienced problems. Futhermore, the tiff download stops everytime in the same archive size. In the zip files the download is finished, but the zip has onlyne 15-30mb in size, when should have 7gb (ok, compressed could be smaller, but the diference is to high).

Thank you for your help

is it always the same product or does it apply for all downloads?

all downloads
