Where exactly can I find the timeline of Sentinel 1 interferometry images?
if you mean the temporal baseline, you can select a coregistered stack and then open the InSAR stack tool 
(Tool > Windows > Radar > InSAR Stack)
This gives you a baseline chart
and a list with all image pairs of the stack
How do I create a single file coreigestered stack to be an input for the InSAR stack tool to plot this temportal/perpendicular baseline chart?
This is what I get when I try the following
Radar>>> Sentinel TOPS Coregisteration>> S-1 Back Geocoding
then adding all the split products together with the suggested master scene after the automated python2 splitting_slaves.py project.conf process, so that all the input products are exactly the same IW and burst numbers
