I would like to ask you because I don´t know where the problem is - so I have a problem with cubic resampling applied on Sentinel S2 (resolution 10 m). I set Cubic resample when Zoom In, but the result is still the same - pixelated.
I have tried the same sentinel in ArcMap with Cubic resampling and there was good - blurred result.
I am using QGIS 3.4.
Is there something, that I am missing that is needed to set?

are you talking about the visual resampling of displayed rasters?
Please check if the Oversampling parameter is at least 2.0

I´ve tried it but this is the result. It looks like nothing changed. Same result is when i change Zoom in into Cubic.
Maybe it is a matter of projection:
Please try this: Right-click in the raster in the Layers list and select “Set CRS” > “Set Project CRS from Layer”. Your example does not look too blurry to me actually.
