Sentinel2 unzip failed

hello dear,
I download one scenc S2A data which is offline ,but I can’t unzip it,because
File is corrupted.and the data just has 9M.

the download has not finished, please delete the file and start the download again.

I guess you have downloaded the data from the Open Access Hub (copernicus.eu).
Please contact the user support via eosupport@copernicus.esa.int
