Hi. With all the hurricanes unfortunately having a devastating impact on the Caribbean countries, I was wondering on what would be the best way to predict the damage location by looking at coherence. I realize that the area is heavily vegetated and needs to be accounted for. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach the task. I believe you can use NDVI to account for the vegetated areas and mask it out. Thanks.
