I expected coherence pairs pairwise by date when using “single master false” with stacks containing images from both S1A and S1B. However, coherence processing for heterogenous satellite stacks produces output from running pairwise through the S1B images, and then pairwise through S1A images. With one odd coherence pair being generated between the last (newest) S1B image and the first (oldest) S1A image.
The dates are in sorted order in the back geocoded and ESD stacks prior to coherence estimation. @jun_lu Coherence processing appears to reverse sort by satellite/sensor key before, sort by date key, and then run pairwise.
