I am aware that speckle filters is an extremely relative and empirical topic, and one on which there is a lot of literature. However, there is some consensus that multitemporal filters are preferable to single-image filters. Despite this, I have obtained better results in one image than with a set of 25. The filters used were Refined Lee and Gamma map (6 x 6 window) and the best results are obtained with Gamma Map 6 x 6 in single product speckle filtering. Ideas and comments?
