Update the forum isn’t allowing me to delete this post, but I managed to get it installed through window’s troubleshooting and checking compatibility. The install wizard finally popped up during this process.
I’ve downloaded SNAP 12.0.0 for Windows, the download was successful but when I double click to run the install, nothing happens. I’ve uninstalled my previous SNAP version from my computer. Is there something I’m missing to be able to run the install for SNAP 12.0.0?
Have you tried installing it using the command line?
Hi there, after multiple attempts the install wizard finally appeared for me and I got it installed.
Just so I know there’s additional options, what would I need to do with the command line to get it to run?
