I tried to make some RGB band combinations with sentinel-2 data, but I’ve always got this error: Referenced rasters are not of the same size
How get I all bands on the same raster size?

Sentinel-2 bands have different spatial resolutions: https://sentinel.esa.int/web/sentinel/user-guides/sentinel-2-msi/resolutions/spatial
You can use the S2 Resampling Processor (under Optical > Geometric)
