Snap new version keeps crashing

Hi all,

I recently downloaded the new version (11) for SNAP.

However, I have been trying to do a s2 resample for s2 and it keeps crashing.

Any suggestions?

Hi Diana,

No error message nor nothing… It just crashes everytime I try to resample the S2 image. The program automatically closes, it never happened to me with the last version of SNAP (V10).

Do you reccomend I go to the last version instead of the new one?

You can try going back to version 10 if version 11 keeps crashing. That might fix the issue for now. Or you can reinstall version 11 and check if there’s any update or fix from the developers.

Please provide all the processing parameters used for S2 resampling and the SNAP log file after crash

I resolved this by using the resampled parameters, instead of the s2resampled one.
