I have been able generate displacement image from two pass Dinsar. If i try to export it to Geotiff to view in a GIS environment to produce a map, the color ramp that shows the difference in values in the form of legend does not come. Instead i see RGB. How do i solve this.
The reason might be that also the lat/lon bands are stored with the data.
You can either reproject the data before exporting or you select the band which holds the data in the GIS app.

Geotiff is not a well standardized format. NetCDF4-CF (Climate and Forecast Conventions) is well standardized and can be used with recent versions of QGIS and ArcGIS.
