SNAP tool related problem

Dear sir,
I am working on SNAP tool from last 10 months. Now currently I am facing a problem the SNAP toolbox is not opening. I have tried reinstallation and updated version. Please provides the solution. From 1-2 hr its showing loading.

Could you post the messages.log file, please? This might help to find out what’s wrong.

On Windows:

<USER_HOME>\AppData\Roaming\SNAP\var\log

On Unix:

<USER_HOME>.snap\var\log

After open the SNAP tool box its showing only Done loading module and not start.

try disabling your wifi/network before the start. This helped in one of my students’ case.

Yes, disabling wifi/network befor start worked for me. You may also refer 10.0.0.2 guide before starting. It might help you in resloving your issue.
