I have downloaded SNAP toolbox (twice). I am using v6 in Windows 10 64 bit. If I go to the file menu and click on File|Open product the SNAP Toolbox crashes.
I have one S2 image to load.
Any suggestions?
Could you check if you find a file named messages.log in
<USER_HOME>\AppData\Roaming\SNAP\var\log
Please attach it here.
Does it also crash if you select another menu item?
If not, you can select from the menu Help / Show Log Directory to open the above-mentioned directory.
