SNAP Version 10 release

Hi. when the release of SNAP version 10 can be expected?

What happened to the SNAP version 10 release? @mengdahl said it was planned for release in August. I am not sure sure if he meant August 2023 or August 2024.

We have had significant problems with the new testing platform that is used in SNAP development for continuous integration and automated testing. We finally have a SNAP10 release candidate that is undergoing final manual tests. I’m confident that we will release it in January. @TomBlock @diana_harosa
