I have installed SNAP13 on a Windows Parallels under an Intel Mac. When I close it and try to re-open again, this error shows up. The only way I can use SNAP13 again is by reinstalling it.
Any help is welcome!

A student in my course recently had the same problem; we were able to solve it by changing the entry ‘jdkhome’ in the file snap.conf to an absolute path.
Before: jdkhome=“./jre”
After: jdkhome=“C:\Program Files\snap\jre”
You will of course need to adjust the correct paths to your installation.
