I confirm what you’re seeing. We will investigate. It appears to be non-systematic. Can you please provide a list of instances in which you see this? Our tools flagged an issue in the FORMAT_CORRECTNESS of a Datastrip beginning at 07:31:48

Further investigations by the S2 MPC Technical Manager show that tile 37NGJ has been processed twice.
The first processing S2A_MSIL1C_20210902T072621_N0301_R049_T37NGJ_20210902T100010.SAFE is defective most probably because the GIPP conver is missing from the GIPP List.
The second processing S2A_MSIL1C_20210902T072621_N0301_R049_T37NGJ_20210903T143823.SAFE and the corresponding L2A are OK.
We have passed the issue to PDGS for their confirmation. Once we get this, the incorrect products (the entire Datastrip will have ben processed with the missing GIPP) will be removed from the Catalogue.

From our count, 299 products that were released on that day had the same issue; almost all of them close to the granule name that I pointed out earlier in acquisition time. And looks like the reprocessed versions of these seem to be fine, line you indicated.
