SpaceApps Hackathon

SkyWatch has been selected by NASA to host the 2019 NASA Space Apps challenge again this year. We had 200+ participants last year. We’re hoping to have 300-400 developers, hackers, designers, and space enthusiasts, join us this year in Waterloo, Canada. This event will be also be hosted in several other cities globally on October 18 - 20, 2019 in collaboration with NASA and the Canadian Space Agency. Attendance is limited so sign up quick.

Would you consider joining us as a mentor?
As a mentor, you would assist some of the hackers as they go on to try and find solutions to the NASA and CSA challenges. Mentors can give presentations on the Friday evening and/or be available throughout the week-end (Saturday during the day and Sunday morning) to answer participants questions about their field of expertise. It’s pretty fun to walk around and you get to talk to a lot of groups about what they are working on and hopefully help them out. You can come in as little or as much as you would like during the week-end. We can also accept remote mentors willing to answer questions on Slack.
