SRTM HGT problem

  1. http://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/SRTM/SRTMGL1.003/2000.02.11/ now contains the tiles for the whole world - please update the copy at http://sentinel1.s3.amazonaws.com/data/DEM/SRTMGL1/

  2. However, I’m not able to read the files from http://sentinel1.s3.amazonaws.com/data/DEM/SRTMGL1/ any more, so I tried to change etc/snap.auxdata.properties to point at my copy of the files, but that seems to produce no effect - TC products come out having only 0 values. I tried putting selected tiles into $USER_HOME/.snap/auxdata/dem/SRTM 1Sec HGT/, also to no effect.
