Hi there,
I’m trying to run sen2cor 2.5.5 in order to process old S2 L1C images.
I use the standalone version for windows64 available here http://step.esa.int/main/third-party-plugins-2/sen2cor/sen2cor_v2-5-5/
Processing starts but stops after a while with the following error message
Operation mode PDGS is not supported for Product version 14.2.
Operation mode will be reset to TOOLBOX.

Intel MKL FATAL ERROR: Cannot load mkl_intel_thread.dll.
I checked that the dll is in the sen2cor folders. I added the path to the windows path variable.
I checked the variables SEN2COR_BIN and SEN2COR_HOME. They are set as follows:
SEN2COR_BIN is “C:\Users…snap\auxdata\Sen2Cor-02.05.05-win64\Lib\site-packages\sen2cor”
SEN2COR_HOME is “C:\Users…\Documents\sen2cor\2.5”
Do you have a clue what could be wrong?
