I have been trying to analyse Sentinel-2 imagery using a rectangle as an ROI. This rectabgle is saved automatically in the default geometry layer.
Using either statistics or histogram the geometry does not appear in the list of masks. Instead I get the stats for the whole image. How do I get the geometry into the list of masks so that I can perform an ROI analysis? (I have read the help manuals and tried to follow the instructions correctly.)
If you save the product, close and open it again, it should appear in the masks as well.
Nontheless, every digitized geometry should instantly be visible as ROI for the histogram or statistics tools. How was the geometry created?
