The statistcs window does not open anny more (actual version). Does anybody know how to fix it or has the same problem?

Probably the window configuration is broken.
Please try to reset your windows. The windows in SNAP, not your operating system 
Select from the menu: Window / Reset Windows.
SNAP Desktop will disappear, but will come back after a few seconds. Then the window layout will be reset and probably you can open the Statistics dialog again.
