Subset and export bands without reference datasets?

Hello,

I have some bands that I created using the band maths function. My ultimate aim is to create a subset product that contains a selection of bands and then export the subset product as a GeoTIFF that can be opened in another application. However, in addition to my derived bands, SNAP wants to subset and export the reference bands that featured in the band maths expression that created the derived bands. Is there a way that the pixel values in my derived bands can be made independent of the original reference bands?

I am grateful for any advice/suggestions. Thank you.

uncheck the “create virtual band” and save your product to write results of the band maths permanently.
