Suggested processing chain for interferometry of a slow-moving landslide?

Hi all. My AOI is a landslide whose displacement is on the order of cm/day. I have been following the S1 TOPSAR Interferometry tutorial on S1TBX. I understand the interferograms produced via this tutorial have the Topographic and Goldstein filtering applied. However, I am wondering about geometric distortions such as layover, foreshortening and shadow effects. Would anybody recommend any additional steps to account for these and other distortions inherent in SAR data? Furthermore, can anybody recommend an optimal workflow/processing chain that is best for my interests?

I realize this is a big question so any reply would be greatly appreciated.

instead of an InSAR approach, you could give a try to the offset tracking:

Thank you, I might look into this approach.
