The Sentinel-2C preliminary dataset was published on CDSE starting today (see Publication of preliminary Sentinel-2C dataset | Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem ). In Snap 11.0.0, products from the new sensor open without any error messages, but the Explorer only shows the sun and view band groups and the tie-point grids, but not the reflectance band data.

When would the fix be in place?

A module update for SNAP 11 will be available early next week.

It seems SNAP 11 C2RCC can’t process Sentinel-2C L1C data,how can I get around this?

I just did it. Have you resampled the product before the C2RCC step, and do you have the latest SNAP updates?
