I am looking to find the data set for the surface movement for Australia. Does this exists if so where can I find it please?

There is no such as data available here, the goal of this forum is gathering a huge number of researchers from different places around the world to get supporting and discussing about the use and process of space data, such as Sentinel- products, as well as discussing the use of SNAP and StaMPS softwares. In case you are interested to get an idea about the ground movement (Deformation) for any place in Australia as you mentioned in your question; You have two options the first one is process the free data of Sentinel-1A/B by yourself, or to collaborate with someone to do this processing for you.
