How can I take into account the “calibrate” correction while processing the “terrain correction”?
The calibration option in the terrain correction module is a relic of earlier version. Explanation here.
It is suggested to use the Calibration tool for the radiometric correction and use the Range Doppler Terrain Correction for the geomgetric correction.
So you should leave these options unchecked in the TC:
