Even though the first item is checked, the rrs information is still missing in the resulted dataset.
Meanwhile, the Rhown can be successfully output.
How can I solve this issue?

Maybe the naming of the parameter you are referring to is a bit unfortunate. It just defines if the values are rrs or rhow.
You need to enable also ‘Output atmospherically corrected angular dependent reflectances’ then the values will be included in the output.
