I recently upgraded my software installation to SNAP 11.0, but now I’m unable to activate the Microwave Toolbox Kit Module, encountering the following error message.
I wonder if anyone else has encountered this error and what possible solutions might be suggested to fix it?

Can you provide us with the name of installer you used (All Toolboxes, Sentinel Toolboxes, or the SMOS Toolbox)?

Thank you for your response. I used the all Toolboxes installer that supports Microwave, optical and SMOS toolboxes.
It seems that I can activate both the SMOS and Optical kit but not the microwave
and Sentinel-1 kit modules.

It sounds like an installation issue. We recommend reinstalling SNAP to ensure all modules, including the Microwave and Sentinel-1 toolboxes, are properly installed.
