My question is about Sen2Cor output; After the atmospheric correction with Sen2Cor plugin, given that the values ​​of pixels are big numbers (up to 20000), must be formulated to convert them to values ​​from 0 to 1 (reflection)?

Sen2cor output is not in 0 to 1 range

This value can be found in the product metadata (MTD_MSI_L1C.xml) as QUANTIFICATION_VALUE. The image data will normally have to be divided by 10000.
