I am new with SAR data. After pre-processed to gamma nought, I found that the pixal values on SAR image is in the range of approximately (0.01 0.1). However, I do not know what is the unit for these values. Does anyone can help me? Thanks in front!

Are the units dimensionless? i.e., a ratio (either linear or base 10 logarithmic) of effective radar cross section (area) to ground area?
yup. For extended targets they are dimensionless measures representing the radar cross section normalized by the unit area
