how to toggle the products as I want in SNAP. I have tried dragging those products up and down to required position but nothing happened
The Product Explorer is simply a list of all available products ordered by the time of their import into SNAP.
If you want to arrange the rasters, you can use the Layer Manager. But this requires all rasters within the same product (e.g. by the collocation module).
