Unable to open ALOS-2 L1.1 data in SNAP

Try to import ALOS-2 L1.1 but got error to open

Step 1: File > Import > Sar Sensors > ALOS2 CEOS
Stepp 2: Select VOL-ALOS2412700700-220113-WBSR1.1__A > import Product
Got error window as below

Any ideal what is wrong? Please help. My current SNAP V9.0.0

Please look at messages.log (use: “Help/Show Log Directory”) immediately after the error for a more detailed report. If you don’t find the reason for the error, upload messages.log.

Today, i update the Snap and boom the export ALOS2 CEOS is working now.
The s/w team did it, thanks for support.
