Unable to stretch graph box and Folder Window

I am unable to stretch this graph box and

And while opening the file, box size is too big to get “Option” option. It is hidden in screen.

After hiding the taskbar I am able to see small amount of “Open” option.

Please help.

I can confirm that there is a problem with resizing the graph window. On my Windows laptop I had previously set the of the graph window to the full height of my screen while using SNAP in full-screen mode . Now (after the latest update was applied), the graph window can’t be resized. It can, however be slide to the side so I can see most of the SNAP display.
