Unwrapping starting point

Hi everyone,

I am using snaphu for unwrapping. In the process of unwrapping I cannot find any option to select the unwrapping starting point. Does any one knows how to select an specific starting point for unwrapping? Or which one is the default starting point taken by snaphu?

Dear MoniCoppo,
To my understanding the default starting point is the center point of the interferogram. This cant be changed since the snaphu algorithm uses this starting point to calculate the unwrapped phase around it.

So if you only want a certain area, first make a subset, then import that into snaphu.
