Use GDALNoDataTag to set No Data values in readers

Dear developers,

when I open a GeoTiff file in SNAP with a specific No Data value set from GDAL, I can visualize the ‘GDALNoDataTag’ in the GeoTIFF metadata header set to a specific no data value. Nevertheless in the raster band properties, such No Data value is not applied to raster bands.
I believe it could be useful for SNAP users to have the GeoTIFF reader (and likely other GDAL supported file formats reader) that can apply the No Data value set in the ‘GDALNoDataTag’ when opening a raster file.

Thanks for the suggestion Federico. I thought this feature request is already in our issue tracker but it is not. I now added it (SNAP-1197)
