Version error?

We have installed the latest Unix version of SNAP 2 in our new stronger computer.
I have tried to make the same processing steps as in the case of the earlier windows version of S1TBX.
The proc steps:

  1. open SLC product
  2. split
  3. deburst
  4. update geo reference
    In the case of last product the pixels contains lat and long values =0
    It is not the case in the windows version.
