May I ask why you set subtr_tropo to y?
according to my understanding, this can only be done if TRAIN is configured correctly along StaMPS. It is not automatically part of the processing.

I have never done it, sorry. You have to look in the documentation: https://github.com/dbekaert/TRAIN
But again, I would only take this work if you are convinced that it is required in your case and will increase quality.
