when i click ‘data convert’, choose any band, the error above will pop up. How can i convert the sen2 data to envi or ‘.tiff’ data?
You can do it like it is said in the message.
Resample the data before you convert it.
Choose Raster / Geometric Operation / Resampling from the menu. In the processing parameters choose B2 as reference Band. Afterwards you can do the conversion.
But if you want to export to a different format you should not use the Convert Datatype processor. It just changes the data type.
If you want to store the data into a different data format, then go to File / Export in the menu and choose the format.
Also when doing the export you should resample the data beforehand.
